From the fields of Atlantic Coast High School to the international stage in Japan, this is a moment worth celebrating.
We are incredibly proud to congratulate Gaby on being called up to represent the Philippines Women’s National Team at the 2026 Asian Games in Japan.
For those of us who had the privilege of watching Gaby during her time at Atlantic Coast, it has been incredible to see how far she has come. Through her hard work and continued growth as a player, she has earned the opportunity to represent her country on one of Asia’s biggest sporting stages.
Even more impressive, while on international duty, Gaby will be balancing a full academic course load while also keeping up with her college team as they begin conference play this month. That is an accomplishment in itself.
The Filipinas will face three opponents in the group stage:
• Uzbekistan — September 14
• Hong Kong — September 17
• China — September 21
She may be representing the Philippines in Japan, but she will always have a community back home cheering her on.
